Almost 5 years later after Todd helped purchase my home it was time to sell in what appeared as an unpredictable market. Todd was the obvious choice. One phonecall and a quick visit and he had already formulated our strategy. I put my complete faith in him as I knew his extensive knowledge would pay off. I was not wrong. The market was kind to us and this makes success #2 for my work with Todd. There are a lot of so called ‘Realtors’ in the Bay but Todd is a professional no ‘BS’ strategist not to mention a great guy. If I buy or sell here again I know who I’m calling.
This was one of the more satisfying deals I’ve done in a while. I sold this to my clients in 2009 as a bank owned property for 410k. They came back to me in early 2012 due to a divorce and asking me to help them sell it. At the time they would have been losing money, so I told the husband to do whatever he could to hang onto it. He did! A couple years goes by and he decides to sell and we close for 650k. He took the proceeds and bought a really great vacation home in the foothills.
