Todd knows everyone in the business and has good working relationships with them. Because of his great working relationship with the listing agent for the favorite house that we saw, we got it. It’s a beautiful house that we thought was out of our league.

Whole story:

Our family of four was given 60 days to move out of the condo that we had been renting for 3 years. I had a broken foot, a 3 year old, and an 8 month old baby. Not wanting to rent again and be in the same boat in a year, we decided to try to buy something. In 60 days. In San Francisco. Ha ha you say.

Our friend recommended Todd to us, and immediately, he and his wife and business partner, Kim, sprang into action. I felt like I was their only client, and I know that is not the case. They spent so much time talking us down from the ledge of panic and helping us focus our search.

And he did it in record time.

Todd’s way of talking to me and dealing with my situation really calmed me and always made me laugh. He was honest and pragmatic, helping me not waste time on properties that would end up selling for way too much.

He gives back to his community and is making a sizable donation to my daughter’s preschool after our purchase. He is also just an awesome guy and someone you would love to hang out with even if he didn’t just score you a bad-ass pad.
Again, cannot recommend Todd Wiley and his wife, Kim, enough. Call him now.
