  • Work with you to prepare all disclosures and documentation to prepare the property for sale and to safeguard your legal interests.

  • Review offers, prepare counteroffers and addenda as needed, and negotiate on your behalf to maximize your sales price and optimize your terms.

  • Meet your specific needs; do you need a quick sale or possibly a rent back? (stay in the property and rent the property back from buyer after the sale closes).

  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, escrow, and closing.

  • Handle all of the details throughout the entire sales transaction, be available for you, answer any questions that may arise and keep you informed of all updates or changes.
