San Francisco Dream Home
December was a very exciting month for our clients Ryan and Jen, not only did they buy their first home they also had a baby! Jen’s water broke just before they signed the paperwork, the baby was born the same week they closed. Here is a quote from Jennifer, “Yes, it was crazy! We became proud parents and first time homeowners in the same week. Phase 1 of our San Francisco Dream Home has been underway: Remodeling the kitchen, refinishing floors and all new interior paint.
